Gooseneck Parts Return Policy:

Parts returned within 15 days from purchase date get full refund.
After 15 days, there is a 15% return fee before refund is issued.
After 30 days, there is a 25% return fee before refund is issued.
After 45 days, there is a 50% return fee with in-store credit issued.

No return on electrical or installed parts.
Special order parts are returnable within 15 days from purchase with a 25% return fee and RGA approval.
